Although those are not really my concerns. Staff is rude and not helpful, rooms are decent but typical “Harrah’s” with broken/damaged items throughout.
This is the 3rd time we’ve been and thought we’d give it another chance but it was just as bad. Other than that property is a complete disappointment.
The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the pool and gaming floor are nice.
